Booking Terms

• Rates are shown in Euros and include Government sales tax @ 9%.
• A 10% non-refunable deposit is required at booking 
• Cancellations made 30 days to 7 prior to arrival date will incur a charge equivalent to one night's stay
• Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival will incur the full charge of the reservation
• Notice of cancellation must be sent in writing.
• Check in is by lock box and codes and checkin instructions are sent out on day of arrival.  
• Check out on the day of departure is 10 a.m.
